DESIGNATION OF ASSISTANT REGIONAL COURT ADMINISTRATOR FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND OFFICER-IN-CHARGE OF RCAO-7

WHEREAS, the detail of the officials and personnel in the pilot Regional Court Administration Office for the 7th Judicial Region (RCAO-7) was extended for another six (6) months or until 30 June 2011 as provided in OCA Circular No. 175-2010 dated 28 December 2010;

WHEREAS, Atty. Francisco S. Pando was designated Assistant Regional Court Administrator for Administrative Services and concurrent Officer-in-Charge of RCAO-7 from 1 January 2011 to February 12, 2011 as contained in the above-mentioned Circular;

WHEREAS, Atty. Pando has been appointed presiding judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 4, Bacolod City;

WHEREFORE: 1. Detail of Additional Official. Atty. Chevin Q. Vasquez, Clerk of Court of RTC Branch 9, Cebu City is hereby detailed to RCAO-7 as Assistant Regional Court Administrator for Administrative Services vice Atty. Pando effective 10 January 2011.

2. Officer in Charge (OIC). Atty. Rosemarie S. Pabatao, Assistant Regional Court Administrator for Fiscal Management is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of RCAO-7 effective 10 January" 2011 until 30 June 2011.

These designations shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as contained in the above-mentioned Circular.
