CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2004
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions under BSP supervision
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 451 dated 01 April 2004 has decided to direct the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, receiver, to proceed with the liquidation of All AsiaBank Corporation in accordance with Section 30 of R.A. No. 7653.
