ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION VII IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region VII are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on February 25 to 27, 2004 (Wednesday to Friday) at the Golden Peak Hotel and Suites, Gorordo Ave., cor. Escario St., Cebu City. Sessions and attendance of the Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 25 February 2004 (Wednesday). Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Trawl expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site reimburseable at a latter date after submission of properly documented receipts.
