REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4843 - AN ACT CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF CEBU AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created three additional branches of the City Court of the City of Cebu, which branches shall have each one judge, one clerk of court, and such number of clerks as may be determined by the Secretary of Justice.

SEC. 2. The sum of ninety thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the salaries of the judges and other personnel of the branches herein created and for other expenses to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
