RMO No. 44-99 — Prescribes the policies and procedures for the mandatory return of adopted taxpayers to their home Revenue District Offices Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-99 issued June 15, 1999 prescribes the policies and procedures for the mandatory return of adopted taxpayers to their home Revenue District Offices (RDOs), which happened as a result of the staggered rollout of ITS Registration functions to various RDOs. The Order defines the responsibilities of the following offices: a) non-computerized home RDO; b) computerized home RDO; c) adoptive (computerized) RDO; d) Systems Operations Division of ISOS; e) Revenue Data Center (RDC); and f) Taxpayer Assistance Service.
