ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 38 -99
In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ALDEN V. CERVANTES, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Alaminos, Laguna, is hereby DESIGNATED as Assisting Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Biñan, Laguna, to take cognizance of all cases submitted for decision at the time of the dismissal from the service of former Judge Estanislao Belan, effective immediately and to continue until further orders from this Court.
