RESOLUTION CTA Case No. 10717 As manifested by Petitioner's counsel during the May 31, 2022 hearing, Petitioner decided to withdraw the Petition for Review filed on January 05, 2022 because the President of Petitioner's company, Mr. ChristopherJimenez, is no longer interested in pursuing the case and there is an ongoing compromise agreement between the parties. WHEREFORE, finding Petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw Petition" to be in order, and there being no objection on the part of Respondent, the same is hereby GRANTED. The "Petition for Review (with Prayer for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction)" flied on January 05, 2022 is deemed WITHDRAWN. This case is deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED.
