In view of the Manifestation filed by respondent on November 27, 2013, stating that she has no counterclaim pleaded against petitioner and has no objection to the relief prayed for, the subject Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review, is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the instant Petition for Review is deemed WITHDRAWN and this case is deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED. SO ORDERED.
