SMITH, J.:
Defendants were convicted of robbery and rape and sentenced to life imprisonment and to pay an indemnity. No reasonable doubt of guilty. Considering the aggravating circumstances of abuse of superior strengths, nocturnity, the unnecessary evil accompanying the crime of robbery, and the attendant ignominy, judgment affirmed.
