C1.2016.095 To : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions Subject : ATRAM Trust Corporation - Establishment and Commencement of Operations The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 458 dated 10 March 20L6, approved the request of Maybank ATR Kim Eng Capital Partners, lnc. to spin-off its trust department into a Trust Corporation to be called ATRAM Trust Corporation (ATRAM Trust). The ATRAM Trust was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 2 August 2016. The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate ATRAM Trust was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 30 september 20L6. ATRAM Trust started operations on 23 November 2016.
