REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8907 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL TRADE HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN FELIPE, MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO TO BE KNOWN AS TANTANGAN NATIONAL TRADE HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. There shall be established a national trade high school in Barangay San Felipe, Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato to be known as Tantangan National Trade High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval.
