TO: ALL TRIAL JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES CONCERNED IN THE 1 st AND 2 nd LEVEL COURTS IN REGION 1

SUBJECT: REGIONAL DIALOGUE WITH THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR AND TEAMWORK ENHANCEMENT SESSION ON APRIL 5, 2002 AT SAN FERNANDO CITY, LA UNION

The Office of the Court Administrator will conduct a Regional Dialogue and Teamwork Enhancement Session with the judges and some personnel of the 1 st and 2 nd level courts in Region Ion Friday, April 5, 2002 at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, La Union Regional Office (BSPLURO) Centennial Hall, San Fernando City, La Union from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 P.M.

The following are hereby enjoined to attend the said activity.

I. RTCs and MTCCs

1. Presiding Judge

2. Clerk of Court or Officer-in-Charge

3. Legal Researcher

4. Sheriff

5. Stenographer (only 1 from each court)

II. MTCs and MCTCs

1. Presiding Judge

2. Clerk of Court or Officer-in-Charge

3. Interpreter

4. Stenographer (only 1 from each court)

III. Office of the Clerk of Court

1. Clerk of Court

2. Sheriff

3. Stenographer (only 1 representative)

IV. Clerk of Court or Officer-in-Charge of vacant salas

The officials of the Office of the Court Administrator shall be in attendance to address the concerns of the judges and court personnel.

The questionnaire subject of the undersigned's Memorandum dated February 5, 2002 which was sent in advance for judges to accomplish shall be submitted during the said dialogue.

Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME.
