AN ACT GRANTING MONETARY REWARDS TO ANY PERSON WHO SHALL LOCATE OR FIND THE REMAINS OF THE LATE CONGRESSMAN WENCESLAO VINZONS AND GOVERNOR ROQUE ABLAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Any person who shall locate or find the remains of the late Congressman Wenceslao Vinzons of Camarines Norte and Governor Roque Ablan of Ilocos Norte shall be granted a reward of five thousand pesos in each case.

SEC. 2. The sum of ten thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
