SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. JOHONSAN A. FABILANE

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 1 February 2017 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10751, entitled "Marag-ing Realty Development Corporation, represented by Loida C. Ceblano v. Atty. Johonsan A. Fabilane," to wit:

Respondent's Motion for Leave of Court to Lift Suspension dated October 10, 2016 is GRANTED.

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated November 16, 2016 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) and considering the documents submitted by respondent, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension mandated in the Resolution dated February 17, 2016 and ALLOW him to RESUME his law practice.

The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED.

Case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
