SUBJECT Circularizing the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance NGOs

TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned

For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned, we are publishing herein the attached "2019 Updated List of Microfinance NGOs with Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) Accreditation as of June 14, 2019 and "List of Microfinance NGOs with expired accreditation as of March 31, 2019." Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Microfinance NGOs Act, a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.

All concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
