GAMBLING.—From the Court of First Instance of Rizal, Proof held not sufficient to justify conviction of defendant Iluminado Cosio, and as to him judgment is reversed. Held, Sufficient as to Juan Mariano, and judgment as to him affirmed and penalty approved.
