Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 96-00980 dated October 9, 1996 covering the foreign investment of SAKURA BANK LIMITED of Japan in FAR EAST BANK AND TRUST COMPANY has been reported lost.
Abovementioned BSRD should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or outward remittance of profits/dividends pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
