[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11042, June 29, 2018 ]

AN ACT RENAMING THE ACOP, TABLAY, KIBUNGAN-BAKUN-SINIPSIP,BUGUIAS SECONDARY NATIONAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET TO GOV. BADO DANGWA NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. In recognition of his public service rendered to the people of the Province of Benguet as a distinguished soldier during the Japanese occupation, businessman, leader and pre-martial law governor, the Acop, Tublay, Kapangan-Kibungan-Bakun-Sinipsip, Buguias Secondary National Road is renamed as the Gov. Bado Dangwa National Road.

SEC. 2. The Departmenty of Public Works and Highways shall place appropriate markers along the Gov. Bado Dangwa National Road and issue the necessary orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon is approval.
