REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9202 - AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST TENTH OF EACH YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. August ten (August 10) of each year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Maasin Province of Southern Leyte to commemorate its Charter Day Anniversary.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
