um of 2,899.83. which is the subject matter of this case, has already been credited in favor of petitioner

WHEREFORE. considering that petitioner has no

longer a cause of action against respondent. and with

the conformity of the latter, lot the above-entitled

case be dismissed without speciai pronouncement as to

costs.
