REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2857 - AN ACT AMENDING A CERTAIN ITEM OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. On page 588 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, item No. 5, under "Miscellaneous," of Section two, entitled "Projects under maintenance and short-term program of capital improvements," is hereby amended to read as follows:

"5. Zamboanguita:

(a) Mayabon River Control-----------P15,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
