REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2401 - AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repesentatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred seventy-five, entitled “An act to grant to Amador Dayola and R. Mulet (partners) a franchise for an electric light, heat and power in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao,” is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
