SUBJECT : Correction of Page 2 of the Letter of the Presidential Commission on Good Government dated January 24, 1995
Attached for your reference and guidance is a copy of the letter of the Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) dated March 29, 1995 requesting that concerned banks be advised of the correction of Page 2 of PCGG's letter of January 24, 1995 to the effect that Mr. Felix Panis, Jr. is the Controller of and is pre-auditing Domestic Satellite Corp. (DOMSAT).

Dear Gov. Singson :
We apologize for inadvertence in our communication to you of January 24, 1995, specifically on page 2 thereof, by reason of the inclusion of Domestic Satellite Corp. (DOMSAT) under Rizalino Tolentino, considering that it has been Mr. Felix Panis, Jr., who is the one pre-auditing the said firm and is the Controller thereof. We hope this correction can be communicated to the concerned banks.
