DIRECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND THE "EMPLOYEE EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING COURSE"

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Service:; will conduct a training program entitled ''Employee Effectiveness Training Course" at the SC Training Center on March 5-6, 2015.

The sixteen (16) hours "Employee Effectiveness Training Course" is being conducted to discuss the role of the Judiciary as the Third Branch of Government, orient the employees on th<; Code of Conduct for Court Personnel, and identify the desired characteristics of the Judiciary':, workforce.

The activity aims to: - discuss human resource management practices that support high performance work system, particularly on personnel actions; -discuss leave benefits and administrative offenses and penalties; and -explain other benefits and privileges of government employees.

The following are hereby directed to attend the training and give priority to the undertaking:
