REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6723 - AN ACT DECLARING FEBRUARY ONE OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF ITS HERO, DR. JOSE MARIA PANGANIBAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. It is declared that February One of every year is a special working holiday in the Province of Camarines Norte to commemorate the birth anniversary of its hero, Dr. Jose Maria Panganiban.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
