SUBJECT Delegation of Authority to Weekly Circularize the Sugar Price at Millsite Issued by the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA)

TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned

In order to facilitate the immediate need to circularize by this Bureau, on a weekly basis, the Sugar Price at Millsite weekly issued by the SRA that is currently made through the issuance of a Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) duly issued by the Commissioner of internal Revenue (CIR), the same shall instead be covered by a numbered Operations Memorandum (OM) to be approved and issued by the Assistant Commissioner of the Collection Service, or in case of his/her absence, the Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the said Service.

Within five (5) working days immediateiy after the month of issuance of the said weekly OMs, a monthly consolidated issuance bearing the details of those OMs, thru an RMC, shall be prepared and approved by the CiR.

This Order shall take effect immediately
