MAR 24 2023 ~- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RESOLUTION In a Resolution dated February 1, 2023, plaintiff was given five (5) days from receipt of notice to submit an Amended Information containing complete details of the jurisdictional amount pursuant to Section 7 (b) (1) of Republic Act (RA) No. 1125 as amended by RA No. 9282. Records Verification dated February 21, 2023 shows that plaintiff failed to comply with said Resolution of the Court. WHEREFORE, considering plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's Resolution dated February 1, 2023, CTA Crim. Case No. 0-1011 is hereby DISMISSED. SO ORDERED. Presiding Justice
