REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1367 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LEPROSY RESEARCH LABORATORY AND TRAINING CENTER AND FOR THE EXPENSES OF ITS AND MAINTENANCE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of three hundred thousand pesos for the construction of an adequate leprosy research laboratory and train­ing center building and for the expenses of its equipment and maintenance.

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
