Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) No. (DE) 93-00862 'dated October 21, 1993 covering the foreign investment of NESTLE, S.A. of Switzerland in NESTLE PHILIPPINES, INC. has been reported lost.
Abovementioned CBRD should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or outward remittance of profits/dividends pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
