AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION 5 IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with USAID and ABA-ROLI, will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region 5 on January 25, 2011 (Batch 1) and on January 27, 2011 (Batch 2) at the Avenue Hotel, Naga City.

First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court shall attend the seminar-workshop on the date indicated below:

Batch 1 Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte

January 25, 2011

Batch 2 Albay, Catanduanes, Masbate, Sorsogon

January 27, 2011

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar-workshop and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. No companion or substitution of participant shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to the seminar-workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
