Mariano, Mark Roland S. Estepa, and Jayvee Laurence B. Bandong and Prosecutor General Claro A. Arellano, to submit, within FIVE (5) DAYS, the original or certified true copies of the original of the Records of the Preliminary Investigation, such as the Counter Affidavit of the accused, Subpoenas issued by the investigating officer, and Minutes of the Hearings Conducted. However, as per Records Verification dated June 29, 2015, plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's directive. Thus, in view of plaintiff's failure to submit the originals or certified true copies of the originals of the documents mentioned above, the above-captioned case is DISMISSED without PREJUDICE. In addition, plaintiff's MOTION TO ADMIT ATTACHED FIRST (1ST) AMENDED INFORMATION filed on June 8, 2015 is hereby NOTED without ACTION.
