CIRCULAR NO. 533 Series of 2006
Subject: Amendment of Appendix 6 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks
Pursuant to the Monetary Board Resolution No. 692 dated 2 June 2006, Appendix 6 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) is hereby amended by extending the deadline for submission of the quarterly report on the Consolidated List of Stockholders and Their Stockholdings, if there are changes, from seven (7) banking days to twelve (12) banking days after the end of the reference quarter.
This Circular shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation,
