REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2004 - AN ACT TO SET ASIDE THIRTY HECTARES OF THE MOUNT ARAYAT NATIONAL PARK FOR USE AS CAMPING GROUND BY THE PHILIPPINE BOY SCOUTS AND PHILIPPINE GIRL SCOUTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is set aside thirty hectares of the Mount Arayat National Park for use as camping ground by the Philippine Boy Scouts and Philippine Girl Scouts, which portion shall be determined by the President of the Philippines, who shall cause the same to be surveyed and delimited by the Bureau of Lands, and turned over to the Philippine Boy Scouts for its administration and improvement.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
