REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7629 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE NORTHERN LA UNION MATERNITY AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALAOAN, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO BALAOAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The name of the Northern La Union Maternity and Children's Hospital situated in the Municipality of Balaoan, Province of La Union, is hereby changed to Balaoan District Hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
