REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3300 - AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY HUNDRED NINETY-THREE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" AS AMENDED.

AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY HUNDRED NINETY-THREE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (g), page 250, Group II for the Province of Negros Oriental, and under Title M-Short term Projects of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred ninety-three, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred fifty-six, is further amended to read as follows:

"(g)Repair and/or improvement, Larena-Basac-Maria Road P10,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
