AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF DAVAO TOPAY THE SALARIES OF MAYOR SANTIAGO ARTIAGA AND CITY TREASURER JOSE ELAYDA.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. The City of Davao is hereby authorized to pay Santiago Artiaga, City Mayor, the sum of eight hundred twenty-two pesos and fifty-nine centavos, corresponding to his salary from January twelve to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven; and also to Jose Elayda, City Treasurer, the sum of four hundred and fifty pesos, corresponding to his salary from January sixteen to February twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
