REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6979 - AN ACT NAMING THE HIGHWAY CONNECTING ORMOC CITY TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS THE SENATOR RAFAEL C. MARTINEZ MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The highway connecting Ormoc City to the Municipality of Merida, Province of Leyte, is hereby named as the Senator Rafael C. Martinez Memorial Highway.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon Its approval.
