AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF BENGUET (BAGUIO CITY, LA TRINIDAD, BUGUIAS AND BUGUIAS-BAKUN) AND OF LA UNION (SAN FERNANDO, AGOO, BAUANG AND BALAOAN) IN THE EXECUTIVE MEETING ON THE JURIS MEDIATION PROGRAM

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a half-day Executive Meeting on the JURIS Mediation Program for Judges of Benguet (Baguio City, La Trinidad, Bugias, and Bugias-Bakun) and of La Union (San Fernando, Agoo, Bauang, and Balaoan), to he held on 8 September 2005 at the Camp John Hay Manor, Camp John Hay, Loakan Road, Baguio City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the executive meeting:

The attendance of the participants in the meeting shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the meeting, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion or substitution of participants shall be allowed.
