AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF URDANETA GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URDANETA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, TO AMADEO J. PEREZ, SR. MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of Urdaneta General Hospital in the Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby changed to Amadeo J. Perez, Sr. Memorial General Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
