ACCREDITATION OF TWO OR MORE NEWSPAPERS OF THE SAME OWNER.

The Supreme Court En Banc in its Resolution dated 11 March 2003, in A.M. No. 03-2-106-RTC, Re: Letter of Lalaine M. Jimenez, Publisher, Eastern Visayas Mail, Ormoc City, on the Legality of Court Accreditation of Two or More Newspaper of the Same Owner, Resolved, upon recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator to ADOPT the policy to the effect that:

" x x x x a newspaper or periodical owned by the same person whose newspaper or periodical has already been accredited in a particular RTC station within the province where its principal office is located shall be precluded from applying for accreditation in the same RTC station."
