SUBJECT : BSP Circular No. 161 — IBODI Ceiling
Please be informed that, Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 935 dated July 9, 1999, decided to exempt the participation of foreign bank branches in the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas club loans from the ceiling of Investments in Bonds and Other Debt Instruments.
