income tax liadility involved herein has alreacy

been settled by way of compromise pursuant to Exe-

Cutive Order Ro. 44 with poticionor paying the com-

promised amount of ,090.00 as evidenced by photo-

copies of BIR Payment Order No. B 9232733 and Central

Bank Confirmation Receipt No. B 7378494 both dated

November 25, 1985, and there being no ohjection on

the part of renpondent.

The Court resolvos, as prayed for. to grant

said motion.
