REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2355 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TUBERCULOSIS PAVILION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIUAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, a tuborculosis pavilion in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar, to be known as the Guiuan Tuberculosis Pavilion.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
