REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8266 - AN ACT TO GRANT FILIPINO CITIZENSHIP TO REV. FR. PAUL VAN PARIJS, CICM

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Rev. Fr. Paul Van Parijs, a Belgian citizen and a Roman Catholic Priest of the Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (CICM), is hereby granted Filipino citizenship: Provided , that he subscribe to the appropriate oath of allegiance as a Filipino citizen.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
