AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB) IN THE CITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), a regular district office of the LTFRB in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of LTFRB Regular District Office in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on November 4, 2019 and January 31, 2022, respectively.
