In view of the declaration of 29 November 2004 as a non-working holiday throughout the country in observance of the Bonifacio Day under Proclamation No. 727 dated 11 November 2004, 29 November 2004 is hereby declared as a non-reserve day. Hence, the reserve position as calculated as of end of business day of 26 November 2004 will be carried forward to 27 to 29 November 2004.
