We advise that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) No. (DE) 93-00247 dated February 19, 1993 covering the foreign equity investment in Wander (Philippines), Inc. of Mr. Fritz A. Mueller, a Swiss National, has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
