REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2858 - AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEM OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. On page 352 of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, item (f), under Group II for the Province of Negros Oriental of Section two, entitled "Short term Projects," is hereby amended to read as follows:

" ( f ) Ponong-Balolang feeder road, Larena—

Repair and/or construction----------20,000.00

" (f-1) C a n g malalag-Cabulihan feeder Larena— Repair and/or construction---------10,000.00.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
