Republic of the Philippines Department of Finance Securities and Exchange Commission SEC Building, EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City Corporation Finance Department SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 9 _ Series of 2013 FOR LISTED COMPANIES RE EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ANNUAL CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT FOR LISTED COMPANIES PURSUANT TO SEC MEMORANDUM 5, SERIES OF 2013 The Securities and Exchange Commission issued Memorandum Circular NO.5, Series of 2013 requiring all listed companies to submit on May 30, 2013 their Annual Corporate Governance Report (ACGR) in accordance with the Guidelines set forth therein. Due to the number of requests received and considering further that this is the first time said companies shall be filing the said report, the Commission in its meeting on May 20, 2013 approved the granting of a 30-day extension (Le., until June 30, 2013) to give ample time to all listed companies including their respective signatories to comply with the abovementioned Circular.
