Mariano, Mark Roland S. Estepa, and Jayvee Laurence B. Bandong and Prosecutor General Claro A. Arellano, to submit, within FIVE (5) DAYS, the original or certified true copies of the original of the Records of the Preliminary Investigation, such as the Counter Affidavit of the accused, Subpoenas issued by the investigating officer, and Minutes of the Hearings Conducted. However, as per Records Verification dated June 29, 2015, plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's directive.
